Head Grower John Dieser has been doing some remarkable work at Gold Leaf since the beginning and we are very excited to see that he has been turning his attention to breeding. Unlike many of the F1 crosses that we have been seeing in IL, “The Don” is a BX1/BX2. This means more stability in the strain and allows the Breeder to focus on the specific traits that he envisions for a given cultivar.

Since the day we opened in December 2015, we’ve taken the time to research, inspect, taste and smell every strain that’s hit our shelves.
