Our Andersonville location serves both medical patients and recreational customers. Our West Loop location serves ONLY recreational customers. We offer 20% off for out-of-state medical card holders at our West Loop location.

If you live in Illinois but still use an out-of-state ID, you will be able to purchase the out-of-state limit.
Illinois medical cannabis cardholders can purchase up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis (70.87g) every two weeks.

Anyone with a valid 21+ government issued photo ID can purchase recreational cannabis in Illinois. This includes out-of-state IDs or passports! Just make sure your ID is up to date and not expired.
Anyone 21+, or any medical patient may consume cannabis at their home, in their backyard, back porch or private residence, out of public view. However, landlords and property owners can ban consumption at their discretion.

Products are the same for medical patients and recreational consumers. The only difference between recreational and medical cannabis products is the tax amount. Note: All taxes are included in the prices listed on our menu.
Medical cardholders pay a 2.25% pharmaceutical tax while recreational customers pay the following total tax rates in Chicago:
Medical cannabis is only available at Dispensary 33 Andersonville. Recreational cannabis is available at both our Andersonville and West Loop locations.

Store managers will be able to confirm your purchase, confirm the product issue, and we will be able to issue a credit memo of the cost of the product onto your account that you can use on your next purchase!
ANDERSONVILLE: There is plenty of street parking on Clark St., Argyle St., and other nearby side streets. Do not park in the lot across the street from Dispensary 33 or your car will be towed.
WEST LOOP: At our West Loop Dispensary there are a limited number of free parking spots in front of the Dispensary entrance in addition to street parking on Racine Ave. and Randolph St.
Illinois medical cannabis patients can purchase up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis within a 14-day period.
Need a higher allotment? You may be able to request a waiver to increase your allotment. A certifying healthcare professional must submit the request through the State’s online system, and the increase must be approved by the State.

However, if you’re 21 or older and have a valid government-issued ID, you can purchase cannabis through the adult-use program.

MQP = Minor Qualifying Patient
QP = Qualifying Patient
CG = Caregiver
A caregiver is designated to assist a qualifying patient with their medical cannabis program and purchases.
Yes. An 18-year-old patient may enter the dispensary with their caregiver if they have an adult-use medical cannabis card with a QP number.
For entry requirements and assistance, please contact an AIC (Agent in Charge) when you arrive. Patients meeting this requirement should enter through the designated side vestibule entrance.
Customers under 21 are subject to additional purchasing restrictions.
Patients who are 18 or older and registered as adult medical cannabis patients may purchase medical cannabis in accordance with Illinois medical cannabis program rules.
Customers under 21 who are not registered medical cannabis patients are limited to the products permitted under Illinois law.

An adult qualifying patient can have up to three designated caregivers.
For patients under 18, at least one designated caregiver must be the patient’s biological parent or legal guardian. Illinois allows minor patients to have up to three designated caregivers.
Caregivers must meet Illinois eligibility requirements, including age and residency requirements.
A designated caregiver may be registered to assist one qualifying patient at a time.
